Returns Policy


Defective item?

Just send the defective item back within 15 days and we will provide a replacement unit as quickly as possible. We will handle all warranty claims for you. We never ask you to contact the manufacturer directly.



Call 956.377.4977 to arrange for a return or to replace an item. When requesting a return authorization, please advise the reason for the return, date of purchase, your P.O. number, and our invoice number. This will expedite proper adjustment of your account. New items returned for credit will be granted only if all of the following conditions are met: 1) product being returned has not been used or altered in any way; 2) all accessories and packaging are undamaged, unused, and with the unit; 3) all manuals, documentation and applicable calibration certificates are returned and unaltered; 4) the request for return authorization is within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date; 5.) the request for return is not for a special  order item.  Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.




We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please send us an email requesting information about shipping  overseas.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
